Writer, Teacher, & Speaker

I teach and speak about how journaling builds mental fitness, restorative resilience, and clarity through life’s transitions, and how vision-scripting can help you live with purpose and direction.

Write your way to a stronger mind and brighter future full of possibilities

What I Do

Before becoming a speaker and course creator, I spent over two decades as a teacher and department head, helping students and educators strengthen both their writing and their sense of self.

I hold master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and English, and I’ve spoken at state, national, and international conferences on education, mindset, and creativity.

My work combines the science of learning with the art of reflection, demonstrating how writing can serve as both a mirror and a map for personal growth. Learn more about me.

Everything I teach is grounded in four pillars

Writing to gently process, heal, and rebuild through life’s challenges.

Restorative Resilience

Writing to navigate changes with self-trust, clarity, and courage

Life Transitions

Writing to shape and align your future with intention and a framework

Vision-Scripting

Writing daily for emotional awareness, steadiness, and strength.

Mental Fitness

I believe words can change lives,
especially the ones we write ourselves.

The four pillar practices are practical, evidence-informed (based), and connected, helping you move from reaction to reflection, burnout to balance, and uncertainty to purpose with curiosity and compassion. Through every story shared, page filled, and reflection made, we build the courage to begin again and get excited about who we are becoming.

The Blog

Writing is how we listen to ourselves, and how we learn to move forward.
