Taking a Creative Pause

When you feel you are being pulled in all directions journaling can help you clear past beliefs

For the first time in over a year, I’m stepping back from the regular rhythm of my blog and podcast. Yes, you've heard it right—I'm pressing pause. Not because I've run out of things to say, but because I have something important to focus on: a book I’m truly excited to share with you soon. It's about how Reflective Journaling can transform your life and shape your future. Stay tuned for more on this!

Although consistency might be the backbone of any successful endeavor, it's equally crucial to recognize when to recalibrate our priorities. My dual focus right now is on being fully present with my family and dedicating myself to writing the book. This means I'll be quieter on social media and won’t update my blog or podcast for a while.

During this period of reflection and concentrated writing, I had a heart-to-heart with my close friend Liz about the things we’ve been pondering in our lives right now—trust, belief systems, and what it means to surrender. These themes resonate deeply with both of us, especially lately.

Realizing my need to maintain a connection with you all while embracing this quiet period, I asked Liz if she could lend her voice to my blog. I’m thrilled to announce that she’s agreed to write a four-part series delving into trust, belief systems, and surrender. Liz’s unique perspective on these topics is something I find invaluable, and I believe her insights, coupled with journal prompts, will significantly enrich your personal growth journey.

While I might be stepping back temporarily, the conversation here will continue to thrive. I look forward to reconnecting with you soon, recharged and ready to share everything I’ve learned and written.
